Outplacement is the employees way to new challenges, regardless if it is a new job (inhouse or external), starting their own business or studying.

We provide individual coaching in order to meet individual needs. We support your employees when taking the next step in their careers. Our coaches have extensive experience of individual coaching, recruitment, guidance and consulting. Our relations with recruitment companies within Wise Group are also valuable for the client. The coach work as a generator in the process, helping the client to focus on the next step.

We offer services within outplacement/career coaching and sustainability. Our approach is personalized, individual or group, providing the highest quality transition experience possible. Our step-by-step methodology called ROSA, is proven to give rapid results for a transitioning workforce and how to manage it focusing on leadership, employees and results.

Programs

Our programs are based on the ROSA method and is customized after each client’s needs.

In our standard programs, the coach and client meet at 8, 13 or 20 face-to-face meetings, where each session lasts approximately 1.5 hour during 3, 6 or 12 months. We also customize programs which suits your organization needs. The client can always contact the coach in between meetings through email or phone.

Outcome

90 % of our participants have a permanent solution within six months after starting the program. These numbers stand very well in the industry. Our evaluations show that 100% of our clients are happy with our coach programs, in which 93% give us the highest rating.
